Les Saintes

Our next port of call were Les Saintes, a small group of islands, just south of Guadeloupe. Being French territory, which means Europe, everything was easy going. The anchorage is wide and sheltered, the beauty of the landscape ample, so even the big ones like Club Med 2 come here.
It's all Liberte, Fraternite and Egalite, like engraved in the wall of the mayor's office. The rest of course is business, bars, shops and restaurants, all competing with each other.
But with the Trades blowing hard and all the white caps outside, you start loving the place...
